Information

These are regular humans that have gone insane with the monsters running around the city; some carry a form of weaponry and are extremely hostile. These guys and girls have been known to take other humans hostage to make them fight for entertainment. The often leave traps around their lairs; from pits to homemade explosives. (These guys are very rare)
